Can I return my order?

Because our products are freshly baked and perishable, they aren’t eligible for the usual 14 day return policy if you simply change your mind.
However, if you're not completely happy with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We ask that you email us at hello@purebakes.uk within 24 hours of receiving your treats so we can help make things right.

What is your refund policy?

All of our bakes are freshly made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive an incorrect item or are unhappy with the condition or quality of your order upon arrival, please get in touch within 24 hours so we can make it right.
In these cases, we may offer a credit note or a replacement order of equal value.
We’re committed to delivering our bakes in perfect condition, but we can only resolve issues reported within that 24h window. Pure Bakes will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.

What if my package arrives damaged?

All of our postal bakes are freshly prepared and carefully packaged with love to ensure they reach you just as beautifully as when they left our kitchen.
However, once in transit, we can’t always control how they’re handled, and the occasional bump or knock may occur.
In the case of minor cosmetic damage, refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion. If you notice any damage, please send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery.
Even if they arrive looking a little less than perfect, we promise they’ll still taste just as delicious. As a small business, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding 💚

What should I do If I receive the wrong Item?

We take great care when packing your order, but occasionally mistakes can happen.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and we will do our very best to resolve your issue quickly and smoothly, with as little inconvenience as possible. We kindly ask that any concerns are reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Each case is reviewed individually, and in some instances we may request photos or additional details to help us determine the best way forward. Our goal is always to find the most suitable solution for you as swiftly as we can.

Please do not eat or throw away your order, as we may request you to take pictures of them, or even to be returned to us for further inspection, in specific cases.
