Hi, I’m Marisa — baker, creative and the hands behind Pure Bakes.

Pure Bakes began as Cakes Free From in 2017, a small homegrown business born from my passion for baking and my journey into plant-based living.
At the time, I found it difficult to get hold of vegan cakes that actually tasted amazing — so I rolled up my sleeves and started making them myself.

Over the years, what started as a few homemade cakes has grown into something much bigger.
Pure Bakes is the next chapter — a bakery focused on joy, indulgence and creativity, all without eggs, dairy or compromise. Every single bake is 100% plant-based and thoughtfully made.

From gooey stuffed cookies and rich brownies to cookies pies and croissants, Pure Bakes is here to prove that “Plant Based” can still mean full of flavour, fun and imagination.
