Products
What size are your bakes?
Our bakes are roughly sized as followed:
Brownies - 7.5cm squared by 3cm height.
Deep Dish Cookies - 9cm diameter by 3.5cm height.
Stuffed Cookies - 9-10cm diameter
Cookie Pie slice - 7.5cm height at the highest point, 5cm wide at the widest point and 11cm length of the slice.
How long do your baked items last for?
Our treats are handmade from scratch in small batches, in our 5-star rated kitchen.
As we never add preservatives, they’re best enjoyed fresh. Please refer to the Best Before date on the product label for guidance.
Keep them sealed in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.
During hot weather, we recommend storing Deep Dish Cookies, Cookie Pies, and Brownies in the fridge, in airtight containers.
Do all your bakes contain Nuts?
No, we do have some options without Nuts, on our website! The full list of allergens are listed on each product page, so please make sure you check them before ordering.
It is important to note that Pure Bakes handles WHEAT, SOYA & NUTS.
Even though we do not have Milk or Eggs in our kitchen, some products may contain traces of MILK or EGG due to the manufacturing process of those ingredients.

Do all your bakes contain Gluten?
Yes, all our bakes in our website contain Gluten, although we do have options without Gluten for sale in our markets.

Yes! Our bakes are 100% vegan.

Gifting
Can I send your bakes as a gift to someone?
Absolutely! Just order online and we'll post it!
Can I add a gift note to my delivery?
Yes, there is an option to add a personalised gift note at checkout.
Will the recipient know how much I’ve paid for it?
All our items are delivered with no price or invoice included, so do make sure you keep hold of any email order confirmations.
Do you have E-Gift cards?
Yes we do. You can choose any value between £15, £25, £40 and £60.
How do I buy a E-Gift card?
- Head over to our E-Gift Card page at the bottom menu of our website.
- Choose the amount you would like to gift and select the option "I want to send this as a gift.
- Fill in the E-Gift card details, add to cart and complete your checkout.
- Once the purchase has been completed, an email containing the E-Gift card will be sent to the recipient's email address.
Can I add a personalised message to my Gift Card?
Yes of course! You can, when filling the details for the E-Gift card, there's a message box, so you can write anything up to 200 characters.
How will the recipient receive their E-Gift card?
Once the purchase has been completed, an email containing the E-Gift card will be sent to the recipient's email address. The E-Gift card will contain a code which they can use on our website to redeem their E-Gift card at checkout.
How do I redeem my E-Gift card?
You will need your unique code from your E-Gift card. To redeem your E-Gift card, go to our website, add your products to the shopping cart and enter this code at checkout.
How do I check my E-Gift card balance?
Head over to our E-Gift Card page and select “Check E-Gift Card Balance”. You can check your E-Gift card balance from here by entering the unique code from your E-Gift card.
