Earn points every time you shop online and exchange them for discounts and free delivery.

It's completely free! Simply create an account on our website to start earning points whenever you place an order.

You'll earn 2 points for every £1 spent on our website. Points are calculated on your order's product value, excluding delivery charges and after any discounts have been applied.

You can exchange your points for the following rewards:

• 500 points – £3 off your next order
• 750 points – Free Standard Delivery (up to £3.95)
• 900 points – £5 off your next order

Redeem 750 points to receive up to £3.95 off your delivery charge.

For orders weighing up to 2kg, this covers our standard delivery charge in full. 
For heavier orders with a £5.50 delivery charge, you'll only pay the £1.55 difference.

Log in to your account and open the Cookie Rewards panel on our website. Once you've collected enough points, select your chosen reward and follow the instructions to redeem it at checkout.

Cookie Rewards is exclusively for purchases made through our website. Orders placed at markets don't earn points.

No, Cookie Rewards discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers. Only one reward can be redeemed per order.

Points are earned on eligible orders placed after joining Cookie Rewards. 
Unfortunately, previous purchases cannot be added retrospectively.
