We deliver our bakes across the UK using a tracked courier service. All orders are packed with care to keep your cookies safe and fresh.
Pure Bakes is a fully plant-based bakery — all our products are vegan.

Where do you deliver?

Deliveries are currently available nationwide, excluding Scottish Highlands.
The delivery fee is £5.50 for UK mainland addresses, our orders are processed via Royal Mail Tracked 24, on a next day delivery service. Orders placed by 12pm will be posted on the same day.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer same day delivery, but we do offer a next day delivery service, if your order is placed before 12pm the day before. 
We post from Mondays to Thursdays and you can choose your desired delivery date at checkout.

When will my order be delivered?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Pure Bakes, containing tracking information. The morning of your delivery, Royal Mail will send you an email or text to inform you about your delivery time slot. Normally, this occurs by 11am and no changes can be made to the time slot for delivery. Delivery can take place anytime between 9am and 5pm. 

What if I'm not home?

Please make sure someone’s available to receive your order at the delivery address.
As our treats are freshly made, we can’t take responsibility for any delays or spoilage if no one is there to accept the delivery.

What If my address is incorrect?

Please carefully fill in your details when ordering from our website. If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us ASAP on our contact form and we may be able to rectify the error. If your order does not arrive due to the shipping address being entered incorrectly by the customer, please see our incorrect delivery address policy at section 20 of our T&Cs.

What if I need to leave a note about my delivery?

If you have any additional information or special requests, e.g. ‘Leave with security at front desk’, you can add this in during the checkout process in the notes section. Unfortunately, It is impossible for Pure Bakes to guarantee that delivery instructions provided to us will be followed by the courier and we cannot be held responsible for any errors made by our courier partners.
